The following types of Custom Impact Rated Units are available at DSA Doors:

Certified by the state of Florida for coastal areas outside of the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ)
2 1/4″ thick door with 2″ thick jambs.
Schlegel® Hydrosill™ (inswing) or Endura® Bump sill (outswing); 4 1/2” x 4 1/2” stainless steel hinges
Ashland® Multipoint Lock System Installed (Active & Passive for Double Doors).
Laminated Impact Glass (Clear, Flemish, White Laminated, or Turtle Tint)
Simulated Divided Lite (SDL)
Square or Arch-Top Single Doors: Maximum Frame Size: 45 1/4” X 99 1/8” (FL# 21873.2); Maximum Frame Size: 39 1/4” X 123 1/8” (FL# 21873.6)
Square or Arch-Top Double Doors: Maximum Frame Size: 88” X 99-1/8” (FL# 21873.2); Maximum Frame Size: 76” X 123-1/8” (FL# 21873.6)
Double Doors with Transom: Maximum Frame Size: 76” X 162-1/8”; Maximum Slab Size: 36” X 120“; Maximum Transom Height: 36” (FL# 21873.6)
Single Doors with (1 or 2) Sidelites: Maximum Frame Size: 96-1/4” X 99-1/8“; Maximum Slab Size: 42” X 96“; Maximum Side Lite Width: 24” (FL# 21873.7)
Single Doors with Sidelites & Transom: Maximum Frame Size: 96-1/4” X 136 3/8“; Maximum Slab Size: 42” X 96“; Maximum Transom Height: 36”; Maximum Sidelite Width: 24” (FL# 21873.7)

Custom Impact Units can be custom ordered in any available wood species (Knotty Alder, Accoya, Walnut, etc).
The following units can not be Impact Rated: Bifolding doors, Dutch doors,
Breezeports, and the Hampshire.
Hampshire glass has a complex shape in the glass. Custom
impact Hampshire units would require minor design alterations in order to be made.
Elliptical units, leaded glass designs, speakeasy windows, circle (or oval) shaped panes of
glass, and complex panel shapes are not available Impact Rated.
Custom curved SDL grid designs are only available exterior applied and can not have muntins inside the glass.

Fully glazed Arch-Top doors are not currently covered under Miami-Dade NOA.
