Our DP (Design Pressure) Rated doors were tested in accordance to Florida Building Code requirements for non-impact certified units for outside the Wind Borne Debris Region. DP-50 Rated units are tested with a positive & negative design load of 50 lbs per square foot (+/-50psf). Our DP-50 Rated units can withstand hurricane-force winds up to 173 mph. Dedicated to providing master wood entry doors to states with even the strictest building requirements, DP-50 Rated Units are DSA’s minimum Coastal Door Rating which meets or exceeds most non-impact building requirements along the east coast.
